How can I check the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order from this link:

We will send you a tracking link via email when the order has been dispatched from our warehouse. 

Please note it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking link to get updated. 

Can I cancel my order?

We offer you the possibility to cancel your order 24 hours after it has been submitted. 

Can I change an order that has already been placed?

Yes you may request changes by email us at info@riccardoricci.co Please note however that we cannot guarantee the fulfilment of your request if the order has already been processed. 

SHIPPING

Do you offer Worldwide Shipping?

Yes, we ship all over the world. We offer free shipping worldwide, so you won't be surprised by a large shipping fee at the checkout. 

When will my order be shipped?

We usually ship orders within 1-3 business days. However this may vary depending on several reasons. (seasonal demand, product out of stock, national holidays etc)

What is the estimated delivery time of my order?

From the time we ship your order the days are as follows:

- Europe: 5-12 Days

- USA: 5-12 Days

- Rest of World: 7-15 Days

Please note that the shipping delays presented above may vary according to volume of orders and product availability. 

RETURNS & REFUNDS  

How to return/exchange my product?

We offer 30 days from the date your order is delivered to return/exchange your order. The item(s) must be unworn, without damage and coming with their original packaging/tags. In order to receive the return instructions, please send us an email with your order number 

How much time do I have to return a product?

Our standard return window is 30 days from the delivery date.

All items must be returned brand new, never worn, with original tags and packaging in order to be eligible for a refund or exchange 

Do I need to pay for the return?

For all Orders you will need to cover the shipping fee associated with sending the item(s) back to us.

How long does it take to process a refund?

We usually process refunds with 5-7 days after receiving the return. Your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
